I had a sexual hiv exposure on 27 july with a paid sex worker because my condom was broke. I am facing some symptoms like skin rashes, pimples all over body, my legs, arms, overall body has become thin but I was 76 kgs first and now I am 78 kgs although I have become thin my weight has increased. Is it a sign of hiv? I have tested for hiv dna pcr after 17 days of exposure it was negative. Hiv elisa after 28 days was negative.

AS the tests were negative you are not infected by HIV and the symptoms you feel are not due to HIV. Note that all paid sex workers may not be carriers of virus and only if she was positive for HIV is there any risk of getting it.
