I have a spine problem, L4 L5 disc is protruding due to which have sciatica causing radiating pain to my left leg. Sometimes I feel disoriented & dizzy, is it also related to the spine.

Usually lumbar disc prolapse will not lead to dizziness and disorientation. It can happen if you have cervical disc problem. But not disorientation. Kindly get evaluated for any cardiac problem. Get ecg, echo.
