I Feel pain sometime for just a mint on left side under the area of breast and feel sensations over there sometime. Pain is not continuous. It just occur for a moment. Is it related to heart issue or something else?

Pain in the breasts could be due to musculoskeletal pain, cyclical mastalgia, fibrocystic disease, hormonal changes due to OC pills or pregnancy, granulomatous mastitis, abscess, cysts and rarely cancer. If musculoskeletal then tenderness is usually present. The treatment would depend upon the cause. Most common cause is cyclical mastalgia due to fibrocystic changes, which usually resolve with time. Treatment may be given if severe pain. Better to see a breast surgeon who would examine you, ask for an ultrasound and SOS core biopsy if needed.
