Hi Sir, I've done anal sex with a random person without condom. He was looking healthy and saying that he is not hiv positive, do I still have to take any preventive measure like *pre exposure prophylaxis*. Also please suggest me the duration for which these pills must be consumed and from where I can get these, also warn me against possible side effects etc. I'm mentally not strong as even the thought of HIV completely ruins my health.
