I was taking oflaxcin and ornidazole tablets for 3 days and then stopped taking it duw to nausea and dizziness. Is it right to do so?

There is no harm in stopping ornidazole and ofloxacin after 3 days. You have not mentioned why you were taking it and you need to take the alternate medicine.
