I just recovered from jaundice (hepA. Bilirubin level touched 16 and came down to 1 (now. It took 3.5 to come back to normal. Lft test is fine. everything is between its range. I am avoiding fatty and oily foods currently and have also regained the weight lost during jaundice (now 80. My question is that can I start going yo gym and do daily exercise? Should I consume protien shake (whey)?
