What can be the reason for progressing high frequency sensorineural hearing loss in both ears? What can be done to prevent the progression apart from wearing hearing aids to cope with it?

It can be due to ototoxic drug (chemo therapy ), may be due to noise exposure ,can be due to age related hearing loss .the list is endless. Wot is there in your case has to be examined by taking detailed case history and full profile test. After getting the reason for high freq. Hearing loss ,then only I can comment on management. For every high freq hearing loss hearing aid is not the management option. So first go for profile test (hearing test) then share the report, I vl definitely guide u.
