I am a heroin addict. How may I quit. I have been using heroin from last 4 months ,i do not inject but snotter on foil aluminium. Please help me quit this substance. I tried to go cold turkey, but did not worked well for me the pain I suffered in 3 days was very severe. please help me leave this.
