I am 38 and 7 months pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. I have a severe acidity n stomach burning problem. What medicine should be taken? I use to take pantocid tablets whenever I had this problem but now I am pregnant. Can I take pantocid tablets on empty stomach now in pregnancy? please help.
