But now in my penis some white layer is forming inside the skin not up on skin and there is no any itching on my penis so is there any problem sir can I know it please help me to know that what is the problem.

White discharge under skin of penis (foreskin) is called as 'smegma' It is absolutely normal, it is secretions of sebaceous gland. Wash it out everyday. Just do worry, only when you have Itching there, or fouly discharge.

White layer is forming inside the skin of your penis. You have done sex more than 20 times. You don't have pain or itching. This is normal and need not to worry. I advise you to take proper balanced diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Wash your glans with tap water daily during bath and apply light soap like dove or pears. Follow this and be happy.
