I had my ear operation (Tympanoplasty) on 10 August 2018. I have completed my medication as well. But even after about 2 months, I didn't find any changes in the hearing level. I had my operation in my hometown and I am currently in Pune. I fear whether the operation was not done properly or will it take more time. Please provide proper suggestions and any precautions needed to take.

Pre-surgical hearing test is a must to compare that with post surgical status. Now you r not sure wheather you got any result out of the surgery or not, but you have nothing to compare with. Anyways now go for audiometry test and see the current status. And yes wait for some more time, sometimes healing process takes time. Give feedback if it helps.
