Hi, I had nasal septoplasty surgery back in 2013. But now I feel some congestion in my nose quite frequently. Recently upon diagnosis, the polyps bone in the right nose seems to have enlarged again. So, do I need to go for surgery again? Or can it be solved through some medication? I am expecting a permanent solution.
