I am advocate, when I have to case before the court, I get anxiety and I feel some uneasiness in my stomach as coming stool and frequent urination with burning sensation. At the end of the Stool white gum stool with bubbles shall come. I am also getting irritation of stomach when I take milk items and some leafy items. What is the remedy please inform.

Hi, your anxiety issues, apparently, stem from your existing stomach ailments description of which pertains to ibs mostly. Do take plenty of water and stay hydrated. Have a healthy and balanced diet, with fresh and juicy fruits at least twice daily. Avoid citrus fruits. Avoid high calorie foods including fast foods. Simultaneously, also take a good multi-vitamin rich in b-vitamins, vitamin c, vitamin d3, vitamin e, omega-3 fatty acids and trace minerals including zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium etc daily. Avoid all foods that you are allergic to and those which probably worsen your ibs symptoms. Restrict tea, coffee and sugary foods including carbonated beverages. Alcohol intake, if any, needs to be restricted completely. Do consume well ripened fruits especially papaya & banana. Buttermilk, with a pinch of fresh turmeric added, and coconut water too are immensely valuable in this condition. Do exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Walking, in open air, is the safest as well as the best should you have no other health related constraints. Early morning yoga, pranayam and meditation shall also help you keep focussed, relaxed and help you connect with yourself better.
