I'm 29 age trying to conceive ,i have taken ubhiphene on 3 day of my cycle and from 11 day started follicular scan once egg is reached maximum I have taken hcg 5000 injection but after 2 days again taken scan to confirm egg ruptured or not, it did not and formed a cyst and I have got periods, any suggestion for conceiving in this cycle?
