PCOS is a metabolic problem. The solution to which lies in weight reduction. Glycomet helps to normalise metabolic imbalance, may help in weight reduction BUT doesn't help in getting periods directly. More so if you have been found to have insulin resistance IR by means of test which is inability to process glucose well in body, glycomet is a must in atleast twice the dose you taking. If you can reduce weight, you may not need the tablet till then continue. Or get tests for IR done.
