I am 24 years old newly Married no baby. Last 1 week I have pain in my left breast. No lumps no armp pain no discharge. Only if I press its painful otherwise no pain very normal I took imol bt still slight discomfort only I press tat area.

Pain in the breasts could be due to cyclical mastalgia, fibrocystic disease, hormonal changes due to OC pills or pregnancy, granulomatous mastitis, abscess, cysts and rarely cancer. The treatment would depend upon the cause. Most common cause is cyclical mastalgia due to fibrocystic changes, which usually resolve with time. Treatment may be given if severe pain. Better to see a breast surgeon who would examine you, ask for an ultrasound with mammogram (not in young patients) and SOS core biopsy if needed.
