Someone in family undergone pap's smear test and below is the report. Please confirm if there is any issue or all normal? Specimen - Pap's Smear. Reporting System - Bethesda System. Adequacy - Adequate. Microscopic Examination - Smears prepared show superficial and intermediate squamous epithelial cells and few paranasal cells seen. Few metastatic squamous epithelial cells seen. Few clusters of endocervical cells seen. neutrophil are seen in the background. No cellular or nuclear atypia seen. No micro-organism seen. No intraepithelial lesion seen. Impression - Inflammatory Cervical Smear, Negative for Malignancy.
