I do not consume alcohol on regular basis once or twice in a month but not every month. Mainly beer. Do not overeat, avoid fast food and sugar. Maintain a fairly active lifestyle. The night before the test I had over eaten and had to wake up quite early. After waking up I was feeling quite nauseous and bloated. Can this cause the abnormal blood report? Body weight is 95 kgs Height is 5.10 Currently doctor has prescribed Atchol F 10 mg daily along with Udiliv 150gm twice daily for 1 month.

Hello, Thanks for the query. From the given details it appears to be a case of fatty liver it could be Non alcoholic or otherwise. Your BMI is over 30 kgs/Sq meter which it self can lead to fatty liver plus alcohol intake, even though occasional. Your ideal body weight should be < 75 kgs, which means there is an excess of 20 kgs. Weight reduction, diet control and regular exercise will help in over coming the problem. Thanks.
