ENT slight swelling on left parotid since 25 days. No pain. Nothing.Just slight swelling. At tip of parotid too. Though it's very less but m worried as it is not going completely. M taking home remedies like salt gargle. High water intake and heat .pls advise. Nd what is small node in parenchyma as written in Sonography. CT Scan also said nothing significant n so is Sonography. Please advise as me I am worried.
