Hi, my mother recently got her biopsy report and it says no evidence of malignancy ,but under impression section it says :complex hyperplasia with non functional type of endometrial polyp. What does this mean and what will be the treatment. Is it something serious.

NO. Its only that she has poly in her uterus. She is 51 years old, so I think either she has menopaused or is undergoing those changes. I want to know why she needed a biopsy. I mean what were the symptoms for which doctor advice biopsy. Pl elaborate so that I can explain this to you in detail.
