Pros: No need of surgical intervention cons: May be fail, excessive bleeding may occur which need hospital admission Regarding induced abortion May increase risk of 1) failure of procedure 2) excessive bleeding ,may need blood transfusion 3) Infection to genital tract 4) infertility Not seen in every one.
