I am 30 years old male. I am having mouth ulcers on alternative day since long time. Since childhood, I have stomach related issues like in childhood I used to have stomach worm which got treated in child hood. In my adulthood, I get mouth ulcers almost every month. Sometimes you get 3 to 4 mouth ulcers at one time. Please advise.

Mouth ulcer can be due to variety of reasons, one you yourself that is stomach problems, it can be traumatic ulcers, can be due to vitamin deficiency, my advise to you is first make sure you pass your motion daily, in case you have constipation, get it treated first. Take a diet rich in vitamin and minerals, drink lot of water and maintain proper oral hygiene and if still problem persist visit your dentist.
