I am suffering from SLE since 2009 was initially on Omnacortil high dose then doc reduced the dosage. From 2016 he advised to discontinue Omnacortil since then platelet count has reduced to 150000 with weight loss (57 kg down to 51 kg now) pain in muscle not joints. Am on Turmfer Lozenges and Nuroday H but they are not helping me. Please refresh advice.
