Hi, I ami 10 weeks pregnant and took duphaston from 6th - 10th week (1 month each per day post lunch). I don't have any problem. This week I have visited new doctor and he asked to stop use of duphaston. Will there be any issue if I stop taking duphaston? My age is 30 years. First pregnancy without prior miscarriage.

The reason that you have progesterone in the first trimester is because the placenta is not fully functional yet and does not produce enough hormones. After 12 weeks, this is no longer an issue.
