There is granular growth in my pharynx (post. Wall)which is visible and left tonsil is slightly enlarged as comp. To rt. Since about 2 months in spite of taking all kind of antibiotics. Like. Azithro, cefpodex, amoxiclave625, cefixime ect one by one. Bt there is no result. Before 2-3 days I had pressed the Lt. Tonsil by finger, and since then im feeling pain sometime only, and feeling lump like sensation on swallowing saliva with stitching pain at somewhere about epiglottis ,but unable to see in mirror that what is there exactly. Im scared about it. What is it?

Please visit an ENT instead of examining your Throat in the mirror! If necessary they might want to get a CT neck with contrast done.
