Dear doctor have a good day. I am 32 aged physically good and my wife 26. We got married on December 2016. And trying to get pregnancy since last one and half year. Here doctors are says to my wife having pco and due to that irregular period an about 60 days once. But now due to taking medicine she got cycle around 36 days Since last three cycle and last period was 7th September to 12th September. Also my sperm count was 36 for that I took fertile M 25 tablet since last one Month as physician prescribed. So can you guide me how to get pregnancy in this situation and tell me is all the above mentioned are big issue to get conceive.
