Hello, I am 24 years old and I am suffering from cough in my neck. When I go in meetings I can not speak properly .my voice blurred .and I can not speak. And doc suggest me for x-ray for it. And it found my cough not go out from my nose or mouth. It will go back in my throat and neck. I ts very painful condition for me. I can eat thick food like .milk and chilled things. Please suggest me best medicine for it.
