These are features of acute rhinosinusitis. Take proper antihistamines and pain killers. You can take xylometazolin nasal drops for 5-7 days, it will help in nasal decongestion. And crocin if fever. And consult nearby dr.

You are suffering from allergic rhinitis. Its a common problem now a days. Whenever possible do steam inhalation Do saline gargles daily also. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC.
