Hello I am a married woman of 39 years old. I have period irregularities since I was young. Recently I have not have my period for 4 months and I have done a test and not pregnant. I have abdominal pain since 3 weeks my breast are aching lot and i'm not getting periods. Is it a menopause sign? I have no burning while passing urine and I don't have vaginal infection either. I did an echography since 3 days but no blood inside my uterus everything seems ok. What can be the cause please advise. Thanks.
