I am suffering from submucous fibrosis. I have left my habit before 2 months completely. I have maximum 30 mm mouth opening. Have fiber scar bands on retromolar area and palpable fiber bands on cheeks and blanching in lips and soft palate. I am taking some fibro capsules twice a day from 2 weeks. Will mouth opening will be more reduced after stopping habit or will same on that level and what is the benefit of laser surgery is it safe and how it will treat fibrosis and what are thr chances of recurrence of fibrosis after the laser treatment.
