Sir, today I am diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids grade 3.what is the best treatment do you suggest. Is there medical treatment? Or laser treatment is good. Which one is permanent cure?

Hello for grade 3 haemorrhoids surgical intervention is the best for permanent cure. You should consult a good general orba proctosurgeon. I will suggest stappler haemorrhoidopexy for you. Open haemerrhoidectomy is also a good option. Laser dsnt seem to have much advantage over these procedures.

Usually Surgery/ Laser treatment is advised for grade 3 internal Piles. But both of these are not a good choice for Piles treatment for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery.
