Acute Gout Arthritis I am 64 year old male Suffering from severe uric acid pain in both heels the attack comes random I have tried allopathic, and ayurvedic medicines uric acid level is higher than normal. 7.8 mg/dl (increased from 7) medicines taken 1. Tyloric tab 2 ranitidine 3 indomethacin 4 zerodol 5 zyloric 100 6 Fabutas 7 Rasifant 8 Peadol Ayurvedic med: 1 punarnavadi guggulu 80s 2 mahavatvidhawansan ras 80s 3 herbojoint 75 g 4 amritadi guggulu 5 alna kalnaj soft I have severely restricted meat, fish, eggs, milk, and otgerpurine food Still the attack comes and I am bed ridden for 2-3 days till it subsides. It comes randomly almost every week. Kindly suggest whom to consult or want to do. SOS please.

I think it is not due to gout. Consult an Orthopedician. Reduce your weight. Wear soft sole footwear. Avoid weight bearing as far as possible. Do not use so many anti inflammatory analgesics.
