I have diagnosed with grade 3 hammerroids and my doctor suggested me apply dobesil h ointment but when I apply it after 5 min there is very strong burning sensation. Is it normal and is there a way to prevent this burning sensation?

Yes, it is normal to have burning sensation which remains there for few minutes after application of Dobesil H ointment. This ointment will give you symptomatic relief but it is not a treatment. Usually surgery is recommended for treating grade 3 Piles. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery. However Ayurveda recommends Ksharsutra treatment for this problem which heals Piles completely. In this treatment; Ksharsutra - a medicated thread is ligated at the root of Pile mass.
