Helo my sugar level is 105 mg/dl and after 2 hours of lunch my sugar level is 138 mg/dl. What to do. And which glucometer is accurate to check.

You fasting sugar is mildly high and pp is high normal. No need of medicine. Just avoid sugar, jaggery,honey, sweets. Exercise regularly. Reduce weight. You can use any ISI marked glucometer.
