Hello, This is a problem from which I am suffering from maybe the time of puberty to which I did not release until now. Its related to the penis. The foreskin of the penis still remains attached to the head of the penis. If I stretched it backwards & touch the head it is very sensitive & painful at the same time. It also pains when it accidentally touches the cloth of the underwear. Earlier I thought maybe this is how virginity feels like & later also I also had a similar thought after having my first intercourse that maybe first time its painful. But now as time progresses on its still a problem & very painful during the time of intercourse. Please suggest what I can do to overcome this. Thank you.

Hello- " Phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction. This becomes a particularly important function for the male in terms of hygiene, especially with cleaning of the penis and its head as well as in terms of sexual intercourse or masturbation. An acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.
