I am having severe spasms/ cramps under my left breast. I can't move. It has happened several times in the last few months. However tonight was the worse and for the longest. All this time I thought it was my fibromyalgia but tonight I read it could be pleurisy. I was diagnosed with that when I was a pre-teen. I am a 60 year old female.
