I am 34 weeks pregnant. Getting severe pain in both thighs during sleep, I am unable to turn during sleep and difficult to get up in the morning. But getting normal in the morning after sometime. Is this normal? Is this a sign for preterm delivery? Should I go to hospital immediately when I get pain?

Such pains are common during pregnancy. You don't need to do anything special unless you had similar prior to pregnancy. Hot fomentation, continuing calcium may help to some extent
