How can I know a lump is malignant or benign? I have seen a very small wart on right testicle, though it does not cause any problem. Suddenly today when I use soap on testicle I find a very small wart like lump on my right testicle. Previously I do not use soap it and if I used soap on it unknowingly buy do not bother about it.
