I had anal sex with a guy and condom burst and that guy is HIV positive and taking hiv treatment, it happened on sat (22/9/208) 5: 30 in the evening and today is Monday, I have been prescribed tenolam e, but I am scared with it's side effects. And I also want to confirm that how many times should I take this medicine, twice a day or just once, do I have to take just this tenolam e or any other medicine as well, and for how many days. I have been told that I should start the medicine within 72 hours, Please please somebody help. And what precautions should I take while take this Tenolam e medicine. That guy cd4 count us 401 and get is been taking treatment from July 2018, I have started taking medicine from Monday (24/9/2018)

Hello- Its sorry to say that no medicine will work now and you have become a HIV positive patient for your rest of the life too. Sooner of later the reports will come positive. Consult a HIV specialist near you and start Retroviral treatment for HIV to delay disease progression.
