I am suffering from BPH. Presently, that is in June, 2018 my prostate Weight is 44gms and post void urine volume is 77 ml and prostate size is 46x48x42mn. I am taking Tamdura capsule since last 3 years at bed time and at day time homoeo medicine sabal serrulata and Thuja30, 3 times a day since last 3 years, sometimes discontinued either homoeo medicine or Tamdura capsule for some days continuously. Creatinine is also high. It was 1.2 to. 1.4 in June& July 18. Consulted Nephrologist. He advised me to continue Renokit Tab. I continued it for a month (100tabs) and now discontinued. Urologist here advice me to undergo surgery. But I don't want to go for surgery now. From yesterday. I.e.26.9.2018 started taking one Afdura ER tablet only at bed time. Kindly advice should I continue Afdura ER tablet or go for prostate surgery or go for homoeopathy treatment only?

If you are voiding well with afdura or tamdura then continue it. Once after taking medicine also you feel bothersome symptoms then you can plan for surgery.
