Hi, Deflection of the nasal septum is noted from the midline. Oedematous thickening of the nasal mucosa and of the turbines are noted bilaterally. The frontal ,maxillary and sphenoidal sinuses are clear, this is my passport x-ray report because of this image suffering cold headache and nose block and mucus discharge.
