I am 28 years old. My AMH levels are low - it's 0.318 ng/ml. Are there any chances for me to conceive / become pregnant naturally? Also I am deficient in vitamin D. Please help me with my question.

Hello lybrate-user. I will not say that 100percent you will require ART. Your AMH is low that suggests poor ovarian reserve (less number of ovarian follicles). If you are ovulating normally and no other factors of infertility are there then you can wait for few months for natural conception. But you have less time, because with time ovarian reserve decreases and ART may become difficult after certain limit. I suggest you to undergo antral follicle count and hormonal analysia for better prediction of ovarian reserve. Best wishes.
