Last month my total psa was 0.715. But BPH Dr. advised silodosin 8 dustaride. After exactly 1 month my psa ttl increased to 1.14. Does silodosin 8 dusteride increases psa.

No it does not increase psa but there is no need to check psa so frequently. If it is normal it will stay normal for years. Don't worry.
