Swelling could be most probably due to local inflammation leading to fibrosis-means local reaction at the skin injection -becomes little hard and mild pain. Solution: warm and cold packs application caution signs: if the swelling is increasing in size if any pus generating if pain increases if weakness in lower limbs kindly visit the hospital and consultbthe anesthesiologist who performed the procedure.
