My father is suffering from pancreatic cancer stage 3 as it is not operable. He is diabetic for the last 45 years. His age is 81 & general condition is good as verified by Oncologist M.D. What are the pros & cons of 1. Chemotherapy 2. Radiotherapy 3. No treatment. 4. Is radiotherapy & chemotherapy both together is recommended for 81 years old whose general condition is good. 5. Quality of life will be good with or without treatment.
