My SBP is always in the range of 140 -157 while DBP 65-65 &MAB is 90-100 with Angicam beta. Please advise. I am diabetic but cotlled with Insulin.

HI If you are doing daily exercise and on low salt diet then you need an additional medicine . I advise you ask your doctor for a prescription of Telmisartan 40mg once a day along with your ongoing medicine.
