I am 22 yo male. For past some weeks, I am experiencing occasional difficulty in breathing. It doesn't happen in open spaces or while doing general physical activities, but it happens when I am relatively doing less physically demanding jobs, or while I am sitting especially in closed spaces, or after eating, or maybe sometimes when I am a bit anxious or angry (I am not sure about this one). I went to a doctor, who didn't tell me about the problem but prescribed me Recita Lite, along with Stemetil. So I assume he's diagnosed me with partial epilepsy. But I don't think I have partial epilepsy. I don't feel my breathing problem is like seizures. I also feel a sort of pressure/blockage in my nose and/or upper chest whenever I have difficulty in breathing. I need help with proper diagnosis of my problem.
