I am 60 years old man. I am suffering from a unique problem for the last 30 years. I can't remain at a place alone. Means where no other person is present whom I can call. Whenever by chance I happen to be alone at some place where nobody is visible nearby, my heart starts beating hard and I feel breathlessness. I feel like dying till I see anyone near me. Due to this problem, I can't live alone and go to any place alone where no one is visible nearby. Due this fear I feel much depressed and I have to request someone to be with me when I am alone or going to some place out of city or away from population. Please tell me that is there any remedy for this problem or I have to live forever with this fear psychosis.
