If you don't eat how will your BP increase. U will feel dizzy, tired all the time. Since when r you eating so less n why. Is there nausea, vomiting also? Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etcAvoid fast foods n fried foods Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. You need to eat three meals and light snacks in the evening. Have regular water and fluids like buttermilk, nimbu paani etc. If you feel hungry in between meals take fruits or almonds etc. Your feeling of dizziness is due to untimely meals and lack of hydration. Solve that and you will be fine.
