Hello doctor, I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. Now I don't but want to take precautions so pls suggest me some do's and don'ts. Or any chances to get this again.

Do regular exercises at least 30 minutes brisk walking daily. Take a healthy balanced diet. Restrict your fat and carbohydrate intake. Take lots of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits in your diet. Avoid taking sugar. Go for yearly blood sugar checkups.
